Natalie has been an intern at Visit Lewis Clark Valley since May 2017, and has proven to be an asset to the organization.

She has efficiently performed assigned daily tasks in addition her routine responsibilities of creating a monthly e-newsletter, managing social media, providing support for board and tourism marketing meetings, serving on event committees for the Chamber of Commerce, corresponding with outfitters and local businesses, in addition to greeting visitors and directing them to activities and landmarks.

Natalie is professional with a positive and pleasant attitude. She is well spoken and outgoing to everyone she meets and the visitors who come into our office. She always goes the extra mile to make sure tasks are complete even if it means staying over to accomplish them.

Her can-do attitude goes well with her creativity; she is always researching to find the latest marketing trends for Visitor Lewis Clark Valley’s social media platforms. The entire Board of Directors and myself all agree she is an asset to our organization and feel she would be a great addition to any company she wishes to work for.

It is with great enthusiasm that I send this letter of recommendation on behalf of Natalie Swanson. I have had the great fortune to get to know her over the past year while working together at University Tees, and I can’t begin to express what a pleasure it has been.
I am responsible for the oversight of the Campus Sales Manager position which Natalie has held at Washington State University. The responsibility of a Campus Manager is to network, market, consult, and ultimately sell custom printed apparel and promotional products to student and Greek organizations on campus. During this time she has worked diligently to strengthen her leadership ability, develop her interpersonal skills, and jump at every opportunity presented to grow both personally and professionally.
Her ability to not only grasp new concepts quickly, but to also critically think, analyze, and innovate within the role has allowed her to see immediate success. For example, she is constantly Implementing strategic and dynamic on-campus marketing and sales campaigns to grow her customer base year over year.
In addition to excelling in leading herself independently, she equally excels in leading a team of three other Campus Sales manager at Washington State University. While her immense drive and ambition shine through, she also approaches each relationship with a service-minded attitude. Natalie ranks among the top in customer satisfaction through a system of feedback solicited out to all customers upon completion of an order. This speaks to her infectious personality, strong communication skills, knowledge on our products/service, and integrity.
